Main Message

-
God is willing to give us rest from any or all that makes us anxious.
-
God is capable and willing to provide us the rest that we need, but it is up to us to accept God’s rest.

-
He Makes Us Lie Down
-
A shepherds job is to find green pasture for his sheep.
-
David is telling us that God will do the same for us, he will lead us to a place where we can lie down and rest and enjoy the blessings that God provides.
-
God is the all knowing, all powerful God, we can assured that were he leads us will be safe, and will will experience greener pasture.
-

-
He Leads Me Beside Still Water
-
David is telling us that God will lead us to still water, or situations that is not chaotic, a place where we can find rest.
-
If you are drowning in chaotic waters right now, ie, if you feel your situation is out of control, and is loosing hope, I encouraged to allow God to lead you by still water.
-
God is still capable of commanding your turbulence life to be still.

Reflection Questions:

-
Your Shepherd wants to lead you to green pastures, what do you need to change to be able to follow God’s leading?
-
What keeps you up at night? Are you willing to surrender it to God?
-
Do you spend more time looking for green pastures than you do looking to your Shepherd?
